The Office Customization Tool Version 2.0 changes address the following
issues:
- If you use the Office Customization Tool to configure a new
Outlook profile, the patch you create now works with both the
Save and Save As options.
- Using the Office Customization Tool to configure the Unsafe
ActiveX initialization value to Prompt user to use control
defaults previously set incorrect registry values. This issue
is corrected.
- Customizing the Application Add-ins Warnings Options
to Enable All Installed Application Add-ins for any application
previously resulted in an error message when users attempted to
save the MSP customization file. This issue is corrected.
- After modifying an Office Customization Tool setting and saving
the changes, you can reset the setting to its Not Configured
state. Prior to this fix, after resetting to Not Configured,
the setting's state was not preserved. For example, after configuring
a setting back to its Not Configured state, navigating to
another setting, and then returning to the Not Configured
setting displayed its previous state such as Enabled.
