Office 2007 - Office Administrator-Installationspunkt erstellen

Bei dem Administrator-Installationspunkt handelt es sich um eine Serverfreigabe, die sämtliche Office Installationsdateien enthält. Ein Administrator-Installationspunkt kann auch auf einzelnem PCs erstellt und verwendet werden.

Microsoft hat bei Office 2007 an dieser Stelle grundlegende veränderungen (unten aufgelistet) vorgenommen, so das alle bekannten Mechanismen die wir von älteren Office-Versionen kennen nicht mehr gelten.

The Setup program for the 2007 Microsoft Office system has been redesigned to support a more efficient installation process. Most of the tools and procedures are new, but the overall objective is the same as it was for any previous deployment of Office: to install the correct configuration on users’ computers as efficiently as possible. In the 2007 Office release, much of the complexity of this process has been absorbed by the new Setup program. Setup handles the hardest parts for you behind the scenes, and the steps you take to customize and distribute the product are simpler than in any previous version.

Wichtige Anmerkung:
Auch bei Office 2007 - wie bereits bei Office XP und Office 2003 - ist die Erstellung eines Administrator Installation Punktes nicht mit alle Office 2007 Editionen bzw. Versionen möglich. Deshalb sollten sie sicherstellen das sie im Besitzt von Office Enterprise Version in Verbindung mit einer Volumenlizenz sind.

Office 2007 Administrator-Installationspunkt erstellen:

• Erstellen Sie auf dem Netzwerkserver eine Freigabe bzw. auf ihrem PC einen Ordner, für die Office Installations- Dateien.
  zum Beispiel :\\server\freigabe\Office2007 bzw. E:\Office_2007
• Auf dem Computer muß ein unterstütztes Betriebssystem laufen:
  Windows XP Service Pack 2 der höher bzw. Windows Server 2003 oder höher.
  (Systemanforderungen für 2007 Microsoft Office)
• Ihre Original Office 2007 CD bzw. DVD in ihrem CD bzw. DVD-Rom Laufwerk einlegen
• In Windows Explorer kopieren sie alle Dateien und Ordner zu :\\server\freigabe\Office2007. Diese Position wird nun Ihr Administrator-Installationspunkt.
• Wichtige Anmerkung:
  Sie sollten sie nicht die Hauptebene (ROOT) der Netzwerk Freigabe als Installations- Ort benutzen. Erstellen das Installations- Punkt in einem Unterordner der Netzwerk Freigabe.

• Wenn sie die Setup-Anpassungsdatei (MSP-Datei) mit Hilfe von Office-Anpassungstool im 2007 Office-System für die unbeaufsichtigte Installation erstellen, speichern Sie die MSP-Datei (in meinem Beispiel Office_Pro_Plus_2007.msp) in dem Update Ordner von ihrem Office Installationpunkt.
  zum Beispiel :\\server\freigabe\Office2007\Updates bzw. E:\Office_2007\Updates
• Alternativ können Sie die Befehlzeile /adminfile verwenden, darauf werde ich aber dieses mal nicht eingehen...
