Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack - Download und
Installation
Mit Microsoft Office 2007
führte Microsoft
neue Dateiformate
ein, um die Dateigrößen zu reduzieren, die Wiederherstellung von beschädigten
Dateien zu verbessern und die Integration mit externen Quellen zu optimieren.
Um den Austausch von Dokumenten zwischen den verschiedenen
Office-Versionen zu gewährleisten,
wurde das Office Compatibility
Pack für
Office 2007-Dateiformate entwickelt. Das
Office Compatibility
Pack ist für die Office 2000,
Office XP und
Office 2003 Versionen von Word,
Excel und PowerPoint verfügbar.
Durch die Installation des Office Compatibility
Packs für Office 2000,
Office XP oder
Office 2003 können Sie Dateien
mit den neuen
Dateiformaten von Word, Excel und PowerPoint 2007 (Office
Open XML-Format) öffnen, bearbeiten, speichern und erstellen.
Das Office Compatibility Pack kann auch
mit Word Viewer 2003, Excel Viewer 2003 und
PowerPoint Viewer 2003 verwendet werden, um Dateien in diesen
neuen Formaten anzuzeigen.
Sie können das Office Compatibility Pack
auf einem Computer mit Office 2003,
Office XP oder
Office 2000 installieren.

So installieren Sie das Microsoft Office Compatibility
Pack, mit dessen Hilfe Sie Dateien aus
Office 2007-Programmen
- Office Excel 2007,
Office PowerPoint 2007 und Office Word 2007 - mit früheren Versionen
von Excel 2000/2002/2003,
PowerPoint 2000/2002/2003
und Word 2000/2002/2003
öffnen und speichern können.
Um das Office Compatibility Pack für
Office XP oder
Office 2003 zu installieren, sollten
sie zuerst Office aktualisieren, erst dann kann das
Office Compatibility Pack installiert werden.
Wenn Sie Office 2000 nutzen, gibt
es keine Updates, die Sie vor dem Installieren des
Office Compatibility Packs installieren müssen.
Schritt 1 - Microsoft Update besuchen
- Besuchen Sie die folgende
Microsoft Update-Website. Microsoft Update überprüft den Computer,
um zu ermitteln, ob Windows
und/oder andere Microsoft-Programme auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, werden Sie aufgefordert, die verfügbaren
Updates zu installieren.

Schritt 3 - Das Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack
Installieren
- Installieren Sie nun die heruntergeladene Datei FileFormatConverters.exe
Klicken Sie auf Ausführen, wenn Sie gefragt werden, ob die
Software ausgeführt werden soll.
Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Klicken Sie hier, um den Microsoft-Software-Lizenzbedingungen
zuzustimmen, und klicken Sie dann auf Weiter.
Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss müssten Sie nun folgende Meldung erhalten:
Wenn das Compatibility Pack installiert ist, klicken Sie auf OK.
